Terms and coaching agreement

Depending on the option you choose: a Student Success Check-In, a Personal Success Map, private coaching sessions, weekly group coaching (Thursdays at 4:00 PM Eastern Time), the Student Success Course, Weekly Quest tools, and access to your student portal.

Private sessions are scheduled individually. You submit preferred times and Coach Mauro confirms one. Reschedule requests should be made as early as possible so the time can be offered to another student.

Group coaching runs on its weekly schedule. Attendance is recorded so progress and participation stay visible.

Starter is $197 and the Back-to-School Success Quest is $497. Pay in full at $497, or choose 2 installments of $265. If you upgrade to the full Back-to-School Success Quest within 7 days, your $197 is credited toward the full payment of the Success Quest program. Program access begins once payment is recorded. Bonus included: The AFA: 30 Day Adventure Mindset Program from Udemy is included as a bonus.

Students are expected to engage honestly, respect other participants, and follow the group agreements. Recording, screenshotting, or sharing another participant's personal story is not permitted.

Coaching is not therapy, tutoring, medical care, or mental-health treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of them. No specific academic, admission, or career outcome is guaranteed.

Individual sessions are private and treated confidentially, with appropriate safety, legal, and minor-protection exceptions explained before coaching begins. Full detail is on the Privacy and Coaching Boundaries page.

A parent or guardian reviews and accepts this agreement, and the boundaries of parent communication are explained before the first session.
