Mauro Schiavo is the founder of The Academy for Adventurers. He has experience coaching individuals and leading city programs, after-school programs, student-development experiences, workshops, martial-arts programs, and personal and professional development initiatives.
His approach combines practical planning, accountability, mindset development, physical and mental discipline, and honest conversation. Sessions are designed to help students feel heard while developing strategies they can use in school, work, relationships, and everyday life.
